Closing Times
If a zero displays as the metric value for the 1D Impact or SPY, it is most likely because the event calculation is not yet possible. This occurs when the event happened today or after hours the previous day. In those cases, today's closing price is needed to derive a value for the impact. If today's close at 4pm EST has not come, a 0 will be displayed.
Holidays
In some cases, holidays affect the calculations, leading to a display of 0 in the metric cell. If the stock exchanges are closed, there is no change in value.
Weekends
If the event occurs on a weekend, data should display for the next available trading day. If the event happens Saturday, there will be no metric available until the closing time (4pm EST) on Monday.
