Level 2 annual members can schedule a one-on-one onboarding session by emailing support@levelfields.ai. This session includes a tour of the platform, a discussion of your trading approach, and guidance to help you get the most from the system.
If you are a monthly Level 2 subscriber, you will receive a 46-minute self-directed onboarding video in the series of onboarding emails. Please check for them if you have not received them to avoid them landing in your spam folder.
